Submission Information and T&Cs

Publisher Submissions

If you are a publisher keen to submit a title, please fill in the form below and send three copies of each submitted title to:

Blogger’s Prize C/O AGILE,
Studio 10, Glove Factory Studios,
Brook Lane, Holt,
Wilts, BA14 6RL.

The deadline for all submissions is 10th February 2022.

Eligibility

Only new fiction titles first published in 2021 are eligible, whether in paperback or hardback format.

The Judging Process

The judging process will be made up of an online poll divided into two parts. A public vote and an academy vote, weighted equally and combined to decide the winners.

The voting academy comprises NB’s editor, publishers, previous shortlisted bloggers and reviewers. The purpose of an academy vote is to counterbalance the potential skewing of a public vote. For example, a title may accumulate a large public vote but, if the panel support is slight, success is unlikely. Winning titles must score heavily in both instances.

Online Voting

The shortlisted books and their blogger will be presented to an independent judging panel composed of industry professionals and well-established book bloggers, who will judge each title. Taking into consideration the public vote and each title’s social media campaign, the judging panel will determine the winner of The Bloggers Book Prize 2022.

Prize Money

The winning book will be awarded a cash prize of £1000.
